👤 Pastor Ronald Kasirye
Founder & Executive Director
Pastor Ronald is the visionary behind LTMU. With a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Uganda Baptist Seminary and a Master of Divinity from the University of World Mission Frontiers, he brings deep spiritual insight and over 15 years of hands-on pastoral and leadership experience.
He started LTMU with a burning desire to reach the lost, disciple new believers, and empower leaders across Uganda and East Africa.
👩 Fiidha Kambedha Kasirye
Co-Founder
Fiidha Kambedha Kasirye is a dedicated nurse and holds a Certificate in Theology from Uganda Baptist Seminary. As a passionate leader, she empowers women through mentorship, discipleship, and practical life skills. Her deep compassion and strong leadership play a vital role in driving community transformation programs, helping women grow both spiritually and socially. Fiidha’s heart for service continues to shape and strengthen the ministry’s impact among women.

👤 Rev. Muwumba Samuel
Spiritual Advisor
He is the Lead Pastor of Throne of Grace Ministries Uganda, East Africa. He holds a Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Uganda Baptist Seminary in Jinja, and a Master’s Degree in Divinity from the University of World Mission Frontier in Kampala. With a passion for pastoral leadership, he trains pastors in ministry, guidance, and counseling, and lectures at various Bible schools. Reverend Samuel is married to Esther Muwumba, and together they are blessed with four children.
👤 Samson Zirimusanaga
Board Chairperson
He is a dedicated Bible study teacher at Liberty Transformation Ministries Uganda. He is married and holds a Certificate in Theology as well as a Diploma in Public Administration and Management. With a strong passion for teaching God’s Word, Samson plays a key role in nurturing spiritual growth and understanding among believers within the ministry.
👩 Nandase Doreen
Finance
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. With her strong organizational and financial management skills, Doreen plays an important role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting the ministry’s day-to-day activities with excellence and integrity. She helps us to do financial audits and filling in returns to URA
👤 Sempijja Ronald
Evangelism Director
He is a passionate soul-winner with a deep burden for the unreached and lost. With a heart for missions, Sempijja leads street evangelism campaigns, crusades, and outreach programs across rural and urban communities. His boldness, commitment to the Gospel, and leadership have helped many come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. He continues to inspire and equip believers to share their faith effectively and with love.
👩 Naiggwe Catherine
Community Mobilization
Her commitment to grassroots engagement helps strengthen our outreach efforts, while her reliability and integrity ensure smooth financial coordination for ministry operations. Catherine plays a crucial role in building trust and connection between the ministry and the communities we serve.
👩 Namawejje Rita
Community Engagement and Advocacy
She focuses on supporting the elderly and vulnerable young girls, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. Through her compassionate outreach and tireless efforts, Ritah helps bring hope, dignity, and practical support to those often overlooked in society. Her work is a true reflection of Christ’s love in action.
👩 Okoth Ritah
Youth Development and Discipleship
With a heart for the next generation, she mentors young people, helps them grow in their faith, and equips them with life skills to become strong Christian leaders. Her passion and dedication inspire youth to live purposefully and make a positive impact in their communities.
👩 Namugabo Sarah
Children’s Ministry
As a professional teacher with both a certificate and diploma in primary education, she brings valuable experience and a nurturing heart to her role. Her passion for teaching and love for children help lay a strong spiritual and educational foundation for the youngest members of our community.
👩 Ida Bisuti
Single Mothers and Widows
As a trained counsellor with a diploma and degree in education, she combines compassion with wisdom to offer emotional, spiritual, and practical support. Her heart for vulnerable women and her strong foundation in education empower her to uplift and guide those in need toward healing and hope.
Communication Department
The Communication Department at Liberty Transformation Ministries Uganda is a dynamic team committed to sharing the ministry’s vision and stories with clarity and passion. Led by Denis Bwoye, Samuel Kasirye, Timothy Bageya, and Namulwa Sarah, this team manages all media, public relations, and digital outreach efforts. Together, they ensure that the message of hope and transformation reaches a wide audience, helping to inspire and engage supporters locally and globally.
