Uganda is home to one of the largest refugee populations in Africa. Many of these families have escaped war, hunger, and pain. At Liberty Transformation Ministries Uganda (LTMU), we believe God has called us to serve them with love, hope, and healing.
That’s why we take the gospel to refugee camps across Uganda — not just with words, but with real support that changes lives.

💛 What We Do
Our refugee outreach ministry is more than a visit — it’s a lifeline. Here’s how we serve:
✅ Trauma Counseling & Pastoral Care
We listen, comfort, and help refugees heal from emotional wounds through spiritual support and prayer.
✅ Bible Study & House Fellowships
We start small fellowship groups right in the camps, where people can grow in God’s word and build community.
✅ Training Refugee Leaders
We equip refugee pastors and leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to serve others.
✅ Basic Needs Support
We distribute clothing, Bibles, soap, and other hygiene materials to help refugees live with dignity.
✅ Caring for Orphaned Children
We provide food and education to children who have lost everything — giving them hope for a brighter future.
