In many rural and remote areas of Uganda, people are living without access to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. These are places where churches are few, roads are poor, and spiritual guidance is almost absent. Liberty Transformation Ministries Uganda (LTMU) has taken on the mission of reaching these hard-to-reach areas with the love, hope, and truth of the Gospel.
We believe that every person, no matter where they live, deserves to hear the Good News. That’s why we boldly go to the unreached—places where others might hesitate—to tell people about Jesus and show them God’s love in action.
Our Commitment to Evangelism
LTMU is passionate about soul-winning. We use different methods to spread the message of salvation in ways that people can easily understand. Our goal is not only to preach but also to lead people into a lasting relationship with Christ.
Some of our key evangelism methods include:
- Door-to-Door Evangelism:
We go from house to house, talking to individuals and families. This approach gives us a chance to listen to people’s stories, share the Gospel one-on-one, and pray for their needs. Many people respond positively when the message is shared with love and kindness. - Open-Air Crusades:
We organize public gatherings in open spaces like village squares and trading centers. These crusades include gospel music, testimonies, preaching, healing, and altar calls. They attract people from all walks of life who come to experience the power of God. - School Evangelism:
We also focus on reaching the younger generation through school outreach programs. Our team visits schools and presents Bible-based messages that teach students about salvation, character, and purpose. This helps plant seeds of faith in the hearts of children and youth.
Discipleship for New Believers
Sharing the Gospel is just the beginning. At Liberty Transformation Ministries, we believe in walking alongside new believers to help them grow strong in their faith.
We offer:
- Discipleship Classes (online and in-person): These classes help new converts understand the basics of Christianity and how to live a godly life.
- House Fellowships: We train leaders to start small Bible study groups in their homes or communities. These fellowships allow believers to support each other and grow spiritually even in areas without a church building.
Areas We Serve
Our ministry reaches several districts across Uganda, including Iganga, Mayuge, Mukono, Namayingo, Luuka, and Kamuli. These areas often face challenges like poor roads, lack of churches, and limited resources. However, by God’s grace, we are planting seeds of transformation in these regions.
Every visit brings hope, healing, and encouragement to the people. Many individuals have come to Christ, new churches have been started, and lives have been changed for good.
Why This Mission Matters
The need for the Gospel in Uganda’s rural areas is great. Many people still rely on traditional beliefs or have never heard about Jesus. Through LTMU’s outreach, they get to hear the truth, find hope, and become part of God’s family.
This mission is not just changing individuals—it’s transforming entire communities. When one person gives their life to Christ, their family, village, and future generations are impacted.
